1. LICENSE GRANT
The product is licensed to a single user. The sounds and the samples are licensed for any kind of commercial use in live performances, music production, film scoring, broadcast, commercial recording, and similar use - and not sold. The user shall not use the product(s) for his personal use on his system unless he owns a unique, granted license specifically to himself by Herman Samples. This license is not transferable, except for a specific consent by Herman Samples. This license excludes and forbids any use of samples from any Herman Samples instrument or library for unauthorized uses, as well as for creating sample libraries, sub-licensing or sharing. By purchasing, downloading, or using any content created by Herman Samples the user agrees to be bound by this agreement (EULA).
2. TERM AND TERMINATION
The effect of this agreement is applied by purchasing, downloading or using content created by Herman Samples, and shall remain in effect until termination of this agreement or consent by Herman Samples.
3. REFUNDS
All sales and payments are not refundable and product(s) are not refundable.
4. RIGHTS
Herman Samples keeps copyright ownership and rights of all product(s) and content created by Herman Samples.
5. RESPONSIBILITY
The user shall use the Herman Samples product(s) and content at his own risk. Herman Samples is not responsible for any loss because of any use of Herman Samples product(s) or content.
6. TERMINATION
This license ends upon any act of breaking any of the terms and conditions mentioned above. Herman Samples keeps the right to terminate the license if the user breaks any of the terms and conditions mentioned above.
